The hotel room was a bit disappointing for a 4-star, as it was hot at night and felt very dated. Initially given a single room instead of a double, and there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke on the non-smoking floor. The service was a mix of extremely helpful and friendly staff but also encountered shrugging of shoulders and an argumentative attitude. The location, although close to the station and city center, was not noisy and convenient for exploring. The dining experience offered a variety of choices and friendly staff, but there was a slight rush to finish meals. Overall, a hotel with mixed experiences.
